Experimental studies on mechanical properties of concrete by using artificial fine aggregate and as replacement of natural fine aggregate for sustainable development

Abstract Concrete is the second most used material on earth after water. The current era of concrete making like coarse and fine aggregate need alternatives to overcome demand. In this present study, artificial or sand (AS) as an alternative has been investigated. parameters studied in study investigate AS effect are slump, modulus rapture, compression strength, split-tensile shear strength. experimental results show that fresh properties strength significant changes when replacement dosage natural (NS) increases with AS. However, other parameters, namely tensile replacement, also positively impacted concrete. multi-criteria decision-making technique was determine prepared mixtures’ optimum mixture. Based TOPSIS analysis, it confirmed 25% more effective. revealed 100% NS possible by AS, but a suitable admixture required for workability.
